Mutual Fund Disclosure of Commission/Brokerage

Nirvana Wealth Partners (AMFI Registration No. ARN - 352119)

In accordance with extant regulations, including SEBI Circular No. SEBI/IMD/CIR No. 4/168230/09, the table below provides indicative comparative commission ranges that Nirvana Wealth Partners may earn from various asset management companies whose mutual fund products are distributed under its ARN code.

The rates are indicative and may be updated from time to time upon receipt of actual rates from respective Asset Management Companies (AMCs). Commissions are subject to clawback, GST, and change without prior consent at the discretion of and by agreement between Nirvana Wealth Partners and the respective AMCs.

Nirvana Wealth Partners has opted as an "Opt Out" distributor; hence no transaction charges shall be deducted by AMCs from client investment amounts for transactions done under its ARN code. Details of scheme-level commission on mutual funds are available with your service relationship manager and may be produced on request.
